Security & trust

Records held carefully, shown only to the people entitled to see them

A fund's books contain personal and financial information about people who trusted the manager with their money. These are the controls that protect them, described plainly.

Encryption in transit

All traffic between your browser and the platform is protected with TLS. Credentials are never transmitted in the clear.

Encryption at rest

Fund and investor records are stored on managed infrastructure with encryption at rest applied to the underlying storage.

Role-based access

Managers, staff, and investors are granted distinct roles. Permissions are enforced on the server, not merely hidden in the interface.

Per-investor isolation

An investor signing in sees their own capital account, statements, and documents. Other investors' positions are not visible to them.

Audit trail

Postings are timestamped and attributable to the account that made them, so the history behind any balance can be reconstructed.

Backups

The platform runs on managed infrastructure with automated backups, so records can be recovered after an operational failure.

Authentication

Access requires an individual account. Credentials are never shared between the manager and investors.

Data portability

Your fund's records belong to the fund. You can request an export at any time, including on cancellation.

Being straight with you

What we do not claim

Trust is easier to keep when the boundaries are stated up front rather than discovered later.

  • We do not take custody of fund assets and cannot move money on the fund's behalf.
  • We do not audit the fund and do not issue an auditor's opinion on its financial statements.
  • We do not hold a certification we have not earned; if you need a specific attestation for your investors, ask us before you subscribe.
  • We do not provide investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice at any point.

Have a security question we have not answered?

Managers with institutional investors often need specifics before they commit. Send us the question and we will answer it directly rather than in marketing language.
