Pricing questions we are asked most

Is the price based on assets under management?: No. The subscription is a flat fee. It does not change with the size of the fund or the number of investors.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?: No setup fee is charged on the plans listed above. If you need help migrating a long history from spreadsheets, tell us during the demo and we will be explicit about scope before anything begins.
What happens if we cancel?: Cancel at any time. Service continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you can export your records before it ends.
Do you charge per investor or per fund?: The subscription covers one fund with unlimited investors. If you administer more than one fund, speak to us about additional fund subscriptions.
